Sleeping better has improved my mood and my physical health

During the middle of the night, our body has to get sleep in order to rejuvenate and recuperate and get ready for the next day.

Getting the right amount of sleep each day can definitely affect your physical and mental health.

I’ve always experienced problems sleeping since I was a young child. I wouldn’t fall asleep until 10:00 or 11:00 at night and then I was up as soon as the sun came out. My mom and dad got mad at me all of the time because I was up before they were and I had a ton of energy. I wanted to go outside and play, but they wanted to sleep until 6:00. When I became an adult, I had a much busier schedule than I did when I was a child, but I still found it very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wouldn’t go to sleep until 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning and then I would wake up again at 4:00 or 5:00 after only having slept a couple of hours. I went to the doctor and I told him that I wasn’t sleeping. The doctor suggested a low dose medical marijuana product like edibles. Medical marijuana products are legal in this state and very easy to access. The doctor felt that a low dose medical marijuana edible would be a better solution to the problem than a prescription for a night time sleep medicine like Ambien. After all, medical marijuana is not known to cause blackouts or addictions.
